It is our highest priority to provide you with a product you are happy with. We work long hours to ensure our products are up to standards and is the quality you deserve. However, we are human and will never claim to be perfect. If you are unhappy with your product and wish to make a return or exchange please follow the steps below. 

1.  Send us an email at contact@fordholstercompany.com with detailed information outlining the issue. Please ensure to include a picture of your product if possible.

2. Mail your product to:

When mailing your product back to us, please include a signed letter outlining the issue you've experienced with it along with the original receipt from purchase. 

3. Let us know how we can make it up to you. There's nothing worse to us than disappointing our people. We will do our absolute best to make things right by you. We will provide you with a product of equal or lesser value if you choose to give us another chance or provide you with a full refund. If you choose to go with a product of lesser value than your original purchase, we will provide you a refund of the price difference.

Warranty Information 

Our lifetime warranty covers broken or cracked holsters and hardware. This warranty does not cover scratches from normal wear and tear from use and only covers the item that the warranty was purchased on. It does not apply to other items that may have been purchased along with the item that is covered. The customer must return the broken or damaged item to our address listed above so it can be corrected or replaced. 

Our 30 day manufacturer warranty covers the item in the event of manufacturing defects, damages from shipping and broken or cracked holsters and hardware. The coverage is for a 30 day period after the date of delivery. The customer must return the broken or damaged item to our address listed above so it can be corrected and or replaced. The customer will be responsible for shipping to and from (around $9.00 for each shipping cost, around $18-$20 total).

Please note: All refunds and returns will be investigated by members of Ford Holster Company, LLC and will be on a case by case basis. Ford Holster Company, LLC has the right to refuse refund/service request at any time.
